Kelly currently provides executive assistant (EA) support to Professor Laura Downie. She is an accomplished EA, with over 25 years of experience in administration and executive support. Known for her exceptional organisational skills and warm, solutions-focused approach, she has built a career centred on supporting senior leaders with precision, professionalism, and genuine care. 

Kelly holds a Bachelor’s degree from Swinburne University, a foundation that strengthened her communication, analytical and professional capabilities. Throughout her extensive career, Kelly has excelled in managing complex schedules, coordinating high-level meetings, and bringing calm efficiency to fast-paced environments. Her background in medical administration has provided her with a strong foundation in confidentiality, attention to detail, and clear communication - skills that continue to shape her work, and the confidence others place in her. 

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys a range of creative and relaxing hobbies. She loves baking, especially experimenting with new recipes, listening to music, and solving puzzles that challenge her mind and provide a sense of quiet focus.
